We just celebrated my little girls first birthday on the 22nd. Now it was a celebration because of age but more because God had protected my little girl from major illness and is perfecting that which concerns her even as u read this. My daughter was born with cystic fibrosis. It is a mucus thinkening genetic "thing". It effects mainly lungs and enzymes from pancreas getting to where the intestine to digest. She takes enzymes for that with meals and breathing treatments for loosening up the mucus. Those r the main things there are other like vitamins and salt.
I have learned through all this that even though peoples lives look like there are no life altering problems that there are in most peoples lives. And to be there in that spot has given me a chance to really hear that life isnt fair but peoples stories tell me all The time that there is light there. In these times God is all that matters cause HE IS MY STRENGTH. We need out earthly support - our family and friends- but HE is what gives hope and purpose.
Now im not saying its easy its far from it but we are not alone.
